Another walk

Yesterday my legs were too sore to take a walk. Today I was abke to do it again. I did go to the store and bought some vitamins. This Hi altidue has really clogged up my nose. I bought a bottle of Vitamin C to handle that and a bottle Men's 50+ I hope that will help with my legs. They are still tight from the walking I have done.

The stuff I mailed to myself arrived yesterday. Now I have my steek toe work boots with me. The next thing I need to do is find a job.

Sore legs today

Yesterday I went out for a walk which lasted two hours. My legs were stiff from my long bus trip here and I needed to stretch them. I plan was only to go to the grocery store, but when I came to a stop light, I didn't remember which way I should go. I went straight, which was the wrong way, but in doing so I found the Idaho job office. Then I went back to the stop light and turned the rigth way. Then I walked to the store and bought a few items. The return trip only took me a half hour but by then I had worn myself out. I am use to sea level air and the elevation here is 6500 feet. Today I plan on taking a shorter walk. I do need to get my body use to the air up here.

Bus problems

I arrived 12 hours latter than I was suppose to here. The bus I was on broke down in Salina Kansas. We had to wait for 4 hours while they sent a replacement bus. The replacement bus broke down in Hayes, Kansas. We had to wait another 5 hours for that bus to get to us. In Denver we waited 3 more hours for the next bus. We also have found out through different people who work for Greyhound buses breaking down are becoming more common. Greyhound is not maintaining their busses to good these days.

Leaving Florida Wednesday

Wednesday I will be getting on a bus heading to Ogden, Utah. Ari is meeting me there and driving me to her house in Soda Springs, Id. I will be staying in her quest bedroom and looking for work up there. It has been in the planning stage for a few weeks now. In the past couple of weeks we have also exchanged phone calls. She has a heart of gold.

New Type of Eye Make Up?

In the morning I stopped in the store to buy food for the day. At the check out I had to wait because a lady had to go to her car to get her wallet. She left it in there while she was putting on her make up. When she came back she had big black circles under her eyes. The kind people get when the have been punched in the face. I did make a comment to the check out lady that I had never seen that type of eye make up before. She said it was the new style. Now I wonder if that was really a new style or was the lady trying to put on make up so people would not know she was being physically abused.

UFO's in the woods

I saw them last night. There were white lights that blinked on and off. It was like the lights that blink for bicycles. The first one looked like it was on the road on the other side of the woods where my tent is. I watched it go down the road from left to right. Then it made a right hand turn. The end of the block is not visible but it went in a straight line like it was going along the road. When it reached the road which I use to go in, it turned and started going along it. Then it came through the woods towards me! It stopped by my bike for a second then it came towards me. It slowly went passed me and back towards where it started. A minute later I saw two more blinking white lights. An hour later I saw another blinking white light, but this one didn't come towards me. The first reasonable explanation people think of is lightening bugs. It has been several years since I have seen any down here. They had yellow blinking lights not white ones. These white lights were brighter and larger than any I have seen on any lightening bugs in my life time. So until I know what they really were, I will just call them UFO's

Back Probllems

Sunday I pulled a muscle in my lower back. It has been causing me pain ever since. It isn't as bad today as it has been. In a few more days I should be alright again.

Ninety Five Minutes

It was on the news this morning that a tornado was on the ground in Kentucky for ninety five minutes. Way to long.
